3 Connectivity / VPN / WAN / CITRIX 2+ locations
4 Scalability
5 Training for all staff on all software and hardware they use.

7 Custom programming for additional modifications to software

Qualifications:
Minimum of BA or B.S. degree or the equivalent in IT Training.
Minimum 3-5 years previous experience managing the IT for a $10M + firm with satellite offices.
Good public relations, communications, writing, speaking, training and leadership skills
Computers, Peripherals & Software:
Oversee and manage all computers and peripheral hardware of the companies.
Responsible for establishing implementing policies and procedures for computer usage for the companies
Responsible for overseeing and training of staff on usage of computers and/or software.
Develop projections and budget line items for equipment/software needs for each of the business entities
Develop budgets, where possible, for each of the business entities IT needs
Provide reports as necessary for accounting and/or operations.
Perform random and routine audits to ensure the security and integrity of the corporate intranet, internet, database, computers and software
Review and authorize purchase orders of amounts above department heads spending limits
Analyze and make recommendations for IT capital expenditure requirements for the corporation to management and partners
Intranet & Internet
Responsible for maintaining internet connectivity for all companies
Responsible for communications via internet as provided by managers.
Desktop Help
Provide first level Help-Desk and Desktop support for all staff, local or remote for computers, software and peripherals.
Make certain that all employees/computers have connectivity to the WAN at all times and provide assistance when the network or individual computers are down.
Provide training as needed on new software/hardware or IT practices.
Monitor computer usage to ensure equipment and software is being used properly.
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to inform management of IT status.
Support special projects in IT as required.
Be able to log in remotely and through PC ANYWHERE manage and troubleshoot users.
Back-up and Archiving of Data
All information is saved on the Public/Private documents folder.
Maintain intercity of the document save programs to insure everything is saved on hard drive.
Setup and establish formal back-up plan for all data and software at all locations using redundant backup protocols.
Archive all data off-premises in a secure location.
Have a disaster recovery program in place in case of severe damage or theft.
Exchange Server
Set-up Exchange server and manage corporate emails.
Manage corporate public and group calendars.
Maintenance
Provide in writing a basic maintenance plan.
Provide maintenance on a routine basis as required.
Test hardware as needed.
Troubleshoot PC and Network related problems.
Provide PC and peripheral repair as needed.
Maintain a written structure for saving documents submit for approval and manage storage of documents per that agreement.
Add new hardware amenities as needed such as hard drives, cd writers and back-up devices.
Add or delete printers as required.
Add new software as needed.
Administer the servers at each location and add/delete users as required.
Install additional cabling as needed for growth.
Work with vendors when warranty work is required.
Database management
Maintain the integrity of the database and confirm reconciliation as needed against other programs.
Modify the database as needed when directed by management.
Remote computer management
Maintain connectivity throughout all offices/branches and all computers on the architectural; model as provided.
Authority to Act:
May make purchases per the budget.
May make charges on corporate credit card per budget.
Expand petty cash per budget.
Negotiate IT Contracts for written approval by CFO.
Standards of Performance:
Staff are all familiar with their computer and are able to effectively do their jobs.
All computers running – No significant down time.
Never a loss of DATA.
Minimal help needs required because of good solid training.
